Yipa (the "App") is operated by Shanghai Chaowei Emerging Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. ("we"). We know your emotion and divination records matter. Privacy is built into the product: those records are encrypted on your devices—we cannot read them in plaintext. We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising. This Policy explains what we collect, why, how we protect it, and your rights.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to personal information we process when you use the Yipa mobile app, our website (yipa.hyperge.top), and related services. If a specific feature has its own notice, that notice applies to that feature.

2. Information We Collect

We use collected information only to: • Provide, maintain, and improve Yipa's core features • Authenticate accounts, ensure security, prevent fraud, and troubleshoot issues • Send service-related notifications (you can manage these in system settings) • Personalize your experience where you have consented We process personal information under applicable laws, including bases such as your consent, performance of a contract, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Storage, Security, and Retention

Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

6. Your Rights

Under applicable privacy laws, you may: • Access and obtain a copy of your personal information • Correct or complete inaccurate information • Delete your account and related data (in the App or via support@hyperge.top; we respond within a reasonable time) • Withdraw consent (some features may become unavailable; prior processing based on consent is not affected) • Request an explanation of how we process your information • Manage notification and similar permissions in system settings If you believe our processing infringes your rights, contact us or lodge a complaint with a competent regulator.

7. Children

Yipa is intended primarily for adults. If you are under 18, please read this Policy with a guardian and use the App only with guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 without guardian consent. If you believe we have done so, contact support@hyperge.top and we will verify and delete promptly.

8. AI-Generated Content

Quick and in-depth replies in Yipa are generated by artificial intelligence. Outputs are for companionship and reference only—not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and not a substitute for professional judgment. AI-generated content is labeled in the App (e.g., "Generated by AI"). If you are in crisis or emergency, contact local emergency or mental health services immediately rather than relying on the App.

9. Third-Party SDKs

The App integrates third-party SDKs for push, sign-in, and payments. The SDK disclosures below align with China's national SDK registry. Other SDKs we may use include: • Third-party sign-in (e.g., Apple, Google) • In-app purchases (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.) • OEM push channels (Xiaomi, OPPO, vivo, etc.) delivered via Tencent TPNS Each SDK processes data under its own privacy policy; we integrate them only to provide the related features.

9.1 WeChat OpenSDK Android

9.2 Tencent TPNS Push (Android)

• SDK name: 移动推送 TPNS(Android) • Developer: Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems Co., Ltd.
